Important Limitations
Funeral Hub is not a funeral service provider. We do not provide funeral services, make funeral arrangements, or act as a funeral director. All funeral services are provided directly by licensed funeral homes, not by Funeral Hub.
User Responsibilities
For Families
- Provide accurate contact information
- Verify funeral home credentials independently
- Read and understand funeral service contracts
For Funeral Homes
- Maintain valid Ontario funeral director license
- Provide accurate service and pricing information
- Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
Prohibited Activities
- Providing false or misleading information
- Harassing other users or funeral homes
- Attempting to circumvent our verification system
Quote Request System
How Quote Requests Work
- Your quote request is sent only to funeral homes you select
- Funeral homes receive your contact information to respond directly
- Funeral homes provide quotes based on your specific needs
Family Responsibilities
- Review all quotes carefully
- Ask clarifying questions directly to funeral homes
- Verify final pricing before signing contracts
Funeral Home Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries within 48 business hours
- Provide clear, complete pricing information
- Honor quoted prices for 30 days
Fees and Payments
For Families
No hidden fees, no commissions
- Free search and comparison
- Free quote requests
- No commissions on funeral services
For Funeral Homes
Premium membership
- Free basic listing available
- Monthly subscription for premium features
- Cancel anytime
Payment Terms for Funeral Homes
- Premium subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

- Service Information: Funeral Hub provides information but does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Verify all details directly with funeral homes.
- No Service Guarantee: We do not guarantee that you will find suitable funeral services or receive satisfactory quotes through our platform.
- Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for funeral services provided by third-party funeral homes or their actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funeral Hub's liability is limited to:
- Direct damages up to $100 CAD
- No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- No liability for funeral service quality or pricing disputes

User Content
